Who We Are Seeking
We desire people who: are actively growing in their Christian faith; are actively involved in an evangelical church; have a servant’s heart and are willing to work hard; are strong witnesses for Christ and examples of consistent Christian living; have a sincere love for children and youth; have a desire and ability to share and model the love of Christ; and are team players because teamwork is at the heart of everything we do!
Find Your Spot
Qwanoes desires to have youth and adults of all ages serve for a week or for the entire summer. Summer-long staff are primarily young adults and college students. Most positions (except: Operations Support Crew) require you to be at least 18 years of age by Dec. 31, 2025 or a graduate from our CIT Program. (At Youth Camp the minimum age for counseling and program is 20 years.) Check-out our 15-16 year-old program called Step-Out.
