Advance Crew
📆 Dates: April 29 to June 20, 2025
Join this vital group of leaders that is involved in all aspects of preparing Qwanoes for the summer and working with pre-summer guest groups. Advance Crew, which starts on April 26 and goes until the start of Staff Training on June 21, is available to those who will be serving at camp all summer and who are 18 or older.
🌤️ You Can Arrive Through May & June!
Some positions with financial support require starting in May or early June (we are flexible on the start date) but the Advance Crew option may also be possible for other positions – please inquire as space is limited. The Advance Crew team grows through May and June as staff typically join each week. Usually, positions which start in Advance Crew have a higher support amount available to be raised. Please contact Qwanoes for more information. Please indicate that “I am available for Advance Crew” under “Types of Service” on the summer staff application.
🌲 Activities
Challenge Course (Sky Station, Jet Stream, Sky-Scraper, Screamer, Climbing Tower, Airwalk Village, Breathtaker, Etc.), Hiking Maple Mountain, Horseshoes, Ping Pong, Street Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Foosball, Trampoline, Outdoor Laser Tag, Club Coco, and more.

📆 Family Work Weekend (May 30-June 1, 2025)
Here is a great opportunity for your family to serve together and experience Qwanoes all in one weekend – and there is no cost!
This special weekend will include: serving during Saturday as part of our Summer Work Day, a family fun event and fireside Saturday evening, and a Q-Town Sunday morning (including a prayer walk). For more info go to the Family Work Weekend page.
