Featuring: Qwanoes Beach is open…from wakeboarding and riding the Rocket to kayaking and playing on the Aqua Park, tons of water adventures awaits! Plus, from simply relaxing to the fun and togetherness of optional family activities, our experienced program team has something planned for everyone. Our Q‑Town sessions will include singing, fun skits, interaction, and sharing.

- Begins
- JUMPSTART (June 17–20, 2027): Thursday, 2:00 pm. Registration is open from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. All families must arrive during this registration window. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours, please contact our office before registering to discuss your options. Qwanoes will provide bus transportation from the Duke Point Ferry Terminal in Nanaimo for the 10:15 am ferry departing Tsawwassen.
- Regular Weekend (June 18–20, 2027): Friday, 9:15 pm. Registration is open from 8:00 pm to 9:15 pm. All families must arrive during this registration window. If you anticipate arriving outside these hours, please contact our office before registering to discuss your options. Qwanoes will provide bus transportation from the Duke Point Ferry Terminal in Nanaimo for the 5:45 pm ferry departing Tsawwassen.
- Ends: Sunday, 1:30 pm. Mainlanders will catch the 3:15 pm ferry to Tsawwassen.
- Accommodation: Families have the choice of bringing their own tent or RV, staying in our Sky Ridge Lodge, non-winterized cabins, or Pacific Woods Lodge (limited). You can select your accommodation when registering. Scroll down for more information about each accommodation option.
- What To Bring: Your own bedding, Bible, alarm clock, flashlight, warm casual clothes, personal items, appropriate footwear, old clothes & shoes (just in case!), swimsuit and towels, and rain gear (just in case!).

Qwanoes Beach (most activities will be open), Challenge Course (Sky Station, Jet Stream, Sky-Scraper, Screamer, Climbing Tower, Airwalk Village, Breathtaker, Etc.), Hiking Maple Mountain, Cornhole, Ping Pong, Street Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Foosball, Trampoline, Outdoor Laser Tag, Club Coco, and more.

📆 Family Work Weekend (June 4-6, 2027)
Here is a great opportunity for your family to serve together and experience Qwanoes all in one weekend – and there is no cost!
This special weekend will include: serving during Saturday as part of our Summer Work Day, a family fun event and fireside Saturday evening, and a Q-Town Sunday morning (including a prayer walk). For more info go to the Family Work Weekend page.
Accommodation Options
Pacific Woods Lodge
Pacific Woods Lodge is our newer lodge, with rooms accommodating up to 8 guests in four bunk beds. Each room includes a shower, toilet, and two sinks. Bedding and linens are not provided. An additional fee applies.
Sky Ridge Lodge
Sky Ridge Lodge is our older lodge, offering accommodations for families at no additional cost. Rooms accommodate 1 to 6 guests, with larger families potentially assigned two rooms. All rooms share communal washrooms, and some rooms do not have windows. Bedding and linens are not provided.
Cabins
Our rustic cabins offer a classic camp experience, with each cabin accommodating up to 11 guests in bunk beds with mattresses. Cabins are not winterized and do not have electricity, but feature canvas blinds over the windows. Shared washroom facilities are centrally located in each cabin village, with separate buildings for males and females. We recommend bringing a warm sleeping bag and extra blankets, depending on the weather. Bedding and linens are not provided. Families staying in cabins receive a 10% discount per family member.
RV/Tent
Bring your own RV or tent and enjoy staying on-site at Qwanoes! This option allows your family to enjoy the camp experience while staying in your own accommodations. Families choosing this option receive a 10% discount per family member.
