Leaders in the Making
At Qwanoes, leadership development is a top priority. We’re passionate about helping young people become leaders after God’s own heart—leaders who are grounded in faith, equipped with practical skills, and ready to make a difference.
Whether during the summer or throughout the year, we offer a wide range of opportunities designed to challenge, inspire, and grow future leaders in a supportive and Christ-centred environment.
Summer Leadership Programs
Get ready for a journey of growth, purpose, and impact!
Step-Out
Our two week, entry-level leadership program for ages 15-16. Choose from seven different date options.
Counselor-in-Training (CIT)
Solid training, spiritual growth, lifelong friendships, and great times. For ages 16-18. Two different date options.
Leader-in-Training (LIT)
Have a key role on our staff team while gaining valuable leadership training and experience. For CIT grads.
Year-Round Leadership Programs
Where faith meets action and leaders are forged.
Kaléo Program
First year Bible college in an incredible setting! Join a great community and be equipped to follow God’s call for your life.
enRoute Program
Continue learning, growing, and connecting throughout the year. For ones who did Step-Out, CIT, and LIT in the summer.
NEXT Internship
Gain valuable experience serving in many areas of camp. Learn, grow, and develop your skills and faith. A 16-month program.
