Leader-In-
Training

For CIT Grads

Why Be Part Of Our LIT Program?

Practical Training For Youth: This unique program provides opportunity for qualified graduates of our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program to gain valuable leadership training and experience in roles such as counseling, activity leading, program assistance, and operations.

Two full weeks in the program are focused on training, and other training and discipleship will be woven into the remaining weeks of your commitment. Serve God now in a significant way, and be challenged to mature spiritually and to pursue your life mission to accomplish the purposes of God!

Part Of The Staff Team: LIT’s play a key role on our staff team and serve in a variety of areas including junior counseling, events, activities, and support staff. This is excellent preparation for future leadership roles, particularly in camp, church and other ministries.
