Join Our Ferry Team
Be the first face of Qwanoes that campers see! As part of our Ferry Team, you’ll help welcome, supervise, and guide campers during their ferry travel to and from camp. The Kaléo Program is a one-of-a-kind leadership and discipleship experience that combines academic study through Briercrest College with hands-on ministry at Qwanoes—all in the breathtaking setting of Vancouver Island. Through adventure, community, and deep spiritual growth, Kaléo equips young adults to lead with confidence and live out their faith with purpose. If you’re ready for a year that will stretch and shape you, Kaléo could be your next step.

At Qwanoes, we’re passionate about developing young leaders. Through our summer and year-round leadership programs, we create space for youth and young adults to grow in character, faith, and practical skills—while serving in a meaningful way.
