Summer Prayer Team Form

Summer 2026 Prayer Team Form

Prayer is an essential part of our Summer 2026 camping season.

All staff, CITs, and Step-Outs serving at camp this summer are required to find seven people who will commit to pray daily during Summer 2026 (June 19–September 5).

Our goal is to see more than 1,250 people praying faithfully for staff, CITs, Step-Outs, campers, and Camp Qwanoes throughout the summer — for changed lives, safety, strength, staff unity, wisdom, and protection. Imagine the impact of that many people praying daily, and what God will do through it this summer.

Please complete this form as soon as possible by entering the names and emails of your seven prayer supporters below. If you have any questions, email Jared Bayley at jared@qwanoes.ca. Note: If you'd like to invite more than seven people to pray for you, simply submit this form again with your additional prayer supporters.

Note: Please don’t list people who are also serving on staff. Our staff team will already be praying, so let’s invite others to join us.

To begin, please enter your name and email below.

Instructions

The seven people listed below have committed to pray daily for me, our campers, and Camp Qwanoes from June 19 to September 5, 2026.

When you submit this form, each person you list will receive a short email from Qwanoes letting them know they’ve been added to your Prayer Team and what to expect.

Before filling out this form, please confirm the following:(Required)

Select exactly 6 choices.

I have personally asked each of these people and they have agreed to be part of my Prayer Team.

I have explained what I’ll be doing at camp and shared a few personal prayer requests.

They understand they will receive a few emails from Qwanoes during the summer with updates, prayer requests, and praise items.

I have chosen people who are not serving on staff this summer.

They know their commitment to pray is deeply valued and that they are considered part of our extended summer staff team.

I commit to contacting each of these people at least once during the summer.
