Our staff is a team and every person is essential to our mission of loving kids to life like no other in Christ. Regardless of position, the focus is the same. Everything we do is directed at the heart of Qwanoes...our campers...the very reason we exist.

Counseling: Loving kids to life through front-line ministry with campers...building relationships, sharing God's word, and modeling Christ's love in action. Also includes positions that provide leadership and support to staff.

Operations: Loving kids to life through caring for the physical needs of our campers and staff to provide the foundation for all effective ministry. Includes food services and maintenance staff.

Program: Loving kids to life through creating adventure and maintaining safety...all to foster the building of relationships with campers, and their spiritual growth. Includes activities, events, media, and music staff.

Administration: Loving kids to life through keeping it all together and running smoothly! Essential support in a variety of areas from the camp stores to camper registration.
