The 2010 theme has finally been unveiled! Are you ready for an unforgettable week? Many of you have said YES to stepping out of the ordinary and discovering an adventure that is “OUT OF THIS WORLD!”

Thanks to those who were a part of Day #1 of summer camp registration! What a great start! At exactly 9:00 am this morning the phone lines lit up, faxes started coming in, and hundreds visited us online throughout the day.

I think Mel (Director of Staffing) took the first call…or was it Amanda (Registrar)? Or Brenda? Betty? Yes – they were all talking within seconds after 9:00 am and that got us all excited! Summer is coming…and we are so thankful to each one who chose to call us on Day 1.

To those who have already booked their spot, we are looking forward to counting down the days to summer with you!

We will be standing by every day looking forward to hearing from all our campers! If you haven’t registered yet, or if you know of a friend who you want to see at camp, we’ll be ready to save that spot at a moments notice!

Will we see you at Missions Fest in Vancouver this weekend? With the Olympics coming up, this event is earlier than usual and it has been moved to a few differentlocations – be sure to go online to the Missions Fest website to get the latest. Qwanoes will once again have a booth set up waiting to see you! Be sure to stop by our booth to say hello and see if your picture is in the new poster! The summer 2010 posters are hot off the press – be one of the first ones to get one and bring it to school or put up in your room!

The Qwanoes booth will be located in the Italian Cultural Center building.
